NGLY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGLY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,432 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGLY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSKIP, CEP76, and POLR1F. Each is linked with NGLY1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGLY1-to-partner and partner-to-NGLY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSKIP grouped by NGLY1-low versus NGLY1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGLY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGLY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
