Across TCGA cell cohorts, NGLY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,299 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NGLY1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Regulation of centrosome cycle. Each is linked with NGLY1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGLY1-to-partner and partner-to-NGLY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule polymerization grouped by NGLY1-low versus NGLY1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
