NGF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BGN, C7, and C8A. Each is linked with NGF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGF-to-partner and partner-to-NGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGF versus BGN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
