Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,595 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNIH1, RRN3P2, and NPTX2. Each is linked with NGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGF-to-partner and partner-to-NGF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGF versus CNIH1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
