NGF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 346 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2G1P, RNU6-1067P, and RNU6-192P. Each is linked with NGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGF-to-partner and partner-to-NGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2G1P grouped by NGF-low versus NGF-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
