Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGF mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, CD8+ naive T-cells, and Fibroblasts. Each is linked with NGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGF-to-partner and partner-to-NGF results are reported.
