Across TCGA cell cohorts, NGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,573 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine-containing compound transmembrane transport, Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, and Wound healing. Each is linked with NGF in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGF-to-partner and partner-to-NGF results are reported.
