NGF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NGF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, MYOD1, and OR1L3. Each is linked with NGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGF-to-partner and partner-to-NGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by NGF-low versus NGF-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
