NGEF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGEF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,012 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORC, ATG16L1, and VWA7. Each is linked with NGEF in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGEF-to-partner and partner-to-NGEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGEF versus SNORC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
