NGEF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGEF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,939 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNF4A, NCS1, and TRIM24. Each is linked with NGEF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGEF-to-partner and partner-to-NGEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGEF versus HNF4A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
