NGEF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGEF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,236 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR629, TRIM16L, and MED31. Each is linked with NGEF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGEF-to-partner and partner-to-NGEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR629 grouped by NGEF-low versus NGEF-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
