Across TCGA cell cohorts, NGEF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,300 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGEF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with NGEF in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGEF-to-partner and partner-to-NGEF results are reported.
