NGEF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NGEF mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,317 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFATC4, FCGBP, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with NGEF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGEF-to-partner and partner-to-NGEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFATC4 grouped by NGEF-low versus NGEF-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
