NGDN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGDN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR43, NEK2, and KIF14. Each is linked with NGDN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGDN-to-partner and partner-to-NGDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGDN versus WDR43 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
