NGDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-16P, PIGW, and IMMP1L. Each is linked with NGDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGDN-to-partner and partner-to-NGDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-16P grouped by NGDN-low versus NGDN-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
