Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGDN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, PDCD4, and Bak. Each is linked with NGDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGDN-to-partner and partner-to-NGDN results are reported.
