NGB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,081 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP10, NPDC1_S229, and FNDC3A. Each is linked with NGB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGB-to-partner and partner-to-NGB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGB versus CASP10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.20.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
