Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS16P3, RNA5SP393, and RPLP1P10. Each is linked with NGB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGB-to-partner and partner-to-NGB results are reported.
