Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGB mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Macrophages M2. Each is linked with NGB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGB-to-partner and partner-to-NGB results are reported.
