NGB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NGB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,470 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRRS1L, C1QL2, and ATP2B3. Each is linked with NGB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGB-to-partner and partner-to-NGB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGB versus FRRS1L in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
