Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,063 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFYCP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process, and Regulation of membrane permeability. Each is linked with NFYCP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYCP1-to-partner and partner-to-NFYCP1 results are reported.
