NFYB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,445 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFYB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTMS, PBRM1, and ZNF24. Each is linked with NFYB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYB-to-partner and partner-to-NFYB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFYB versus PTMS in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFYB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFYB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
