Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,594 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFYB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF1, CARMIL3, and KIF22. Each is linked with NFYB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYB-to-partner and partner-to-NFYB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFYB versus TAF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFYB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFYB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
