NFYB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFYB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,603 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFYB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCYL2, NEDD1, and PARPBP. Each is linked with NFYB in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYB-to-partner and partner-to-NFYB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFYB versus SCYL2 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFYB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFYB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
