NFYA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFYA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRPK1, DHX9, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with NFYA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYA-to-partner and partner-to-NFYA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFYA versus SRPK1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFYA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFYA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
