Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,177 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFYA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP64, RNA5SP408, and SGO1P1. Each is linked with NFYA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYA-to-partner and partner-to-NFYA results are reported.
