NFXL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFXL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,986 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFXL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD82, SNRPD3, and PDS5A_T1208. Each is linked with NFXL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFXL1-to-partner and partner-to-NFXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFXL1 versus CD82 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
