Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFXL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,981 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JUNB, OCIAD1, and AHNAK. Each is linked with NFXL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFXL1-to-partner and partner-to-NFXL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFXL1 versus JUNB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
