Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFXL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,584 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFXL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, 'de novo' AMP biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with NFXL1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFXL1-to-partner and partner-to-NFXL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by NFXL1-low versus NFXL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
