NFXL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFXL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBA1, MAGEB3, and TRPC5. Each is linked with NFXL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFXL1-to-partner and partner-to-NFXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBA1 grouped by NFXL1-low versus NFXL1-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
