NFS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,252 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALGAPB, TTI1, and UQCC1. Each is linked with NFS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFS1-to-partner and partner-to-NFS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFS1 versus RALGAPB in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
