NFS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,855 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1B, CSE1L, and EIF6. Each is linked with NFS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFS1-to-partner and partner-to-NFS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFS1 versus RPRD1B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
