Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,280 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF2, SIRPB1, and AQP9. Each is linked with NFS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFS1-to-partner and partner-to-NFS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFS1 versus NCF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
