Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 612 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-383P, OR5B2, and RNA5SP349. Each is linked with NFS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFS1-to-partner and partner-to-NFS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-383P grouped by NFS1-low versus NFS1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
