Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKBIZ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKBIZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ATM, and Bad_pS112. Each is linked with NFKBIZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKBIZ-to-partner and partner-to-NFKBIZ results are reported.
