NFKBIE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKBIE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,951 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKBIE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA7, PSMB5, and PSMB6. Each is linked with NFKBIE in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKBIE-to-partner and partner-to-NFKBIE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFKBIE versus UBA7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKBIE→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKBIE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
