Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKBIA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFKBIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT2P5, BTG3P1, and RNU5E-9P. Each is linked with NFKBIA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKBIA-to-partner and partner-to-NFKBIA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT2P5 grouped by NFKBIA-low versus NFKBIA-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKBIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKBIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
