NFKB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,992 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RELB, ARHGAP45, and WAS. Each is linked with NFKB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKB2-to-partner and partner-to-NFKB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFKB2 versus RELB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
