NFKB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 951 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD113-4, RN7SKP221, and RN7SL69P. Each is linked with NFKB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKB2-to-partner and partner-to-NFKB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD113-4 grouped by NFKB2-low versus NFKB2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
