Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFKB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFKB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA8, KRT26, and SCGB1C1. Each is linked with NFKB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKB2-to-partner and partner-to-NFKB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA8 grouped by NFKB2-low versus NFKB2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
