NFKB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,937 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTUD4, UBA7, and EBNA1BP2. Each is linked with NFKB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKB1-to-partner and partner-to-NFKB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFKB1 versus OTUD4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
