NFKB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,232 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP2, CLEC10A, and FGD2. Each is linked with NFKB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKB1-to-partner and partner-to-NFKB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFKB1 versus GIMAP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
