NFKB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,166 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOT1L, ZNF395, and NOP9. Each is linked with NFKB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKB1-to-partner and partner-to-NFKB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOT1L grouped by NFKB1-low versus NFKB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
