Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFKB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,681 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to nicotine, Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, and Negative regulation of vitamin D biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NFKB1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKB1-to-partner and partner-to-NFKB1 results are reported.
