NFIX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,413 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIX_S361, NFIX_S301, and RPL5. Each is linked with NFIX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIX-to-partner and partner-to-NFIX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIX versus NFIX_S361 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
