Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,449 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFIX-associated genes across cancer lineages are BOC, TUB, and ID4. Each is linked with NFIX in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIX-to-partner and partner-to-NFIX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIX versus BOC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
