NFIX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIX-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3_pS9, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, and Smad4. Each is linked with NFIX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIX-to-partner and partner-to-NFIX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK-3_pS9 grouped by NFIX-low versus NFIX-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
