NFIX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFIX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIX-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT6C, CSN2, and H2BC1. Each is linked with NFIX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIX-to-partner and partner-to-NFIX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT6C grouped by NFIX-low versus NFIX-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
