NFIL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,805 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL17, CLEC2D, and LAPTM4B. Each is linked with NFIL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIL3-to-partner and partner-to-NFIL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIL3 versus CCL17 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
