NFIL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 839 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4520-1, H2AC1, and OR9Q2. Each is linked with NFIL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIL3-to-partner and partner-to-NFIL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4520-1 grouped by NFIL3-low versus NFIL3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
